Gleadle broke out in the second half of the campaign for the Crisp and Kelp and sparked the side during its impressive 15 match, +12 goal difference run that saw the Club drop just three matches during the span. After moving from left back to the 10 position midseason, Gleadle finished the campaign with a career-high eight goals (tied Club-high). In addition, he added three assists, 23 chances created and 18 interceptions. Gleadle earned USL Championship Team of the Week honors in three consecutive weeks from Week 26 – Week 28.
2021 San Antonio FC
Gleadle signed with Championship club San Antonio FC ahead of the 2021 campaign. In San Antonio, Gleadle recorded one assist in 22 appearances (19 starts) with nine blocks, 39 clearances, 29 interceptions, 30 tackles won and a passing accuracy of 74.7%.
