On Trager’s scoring the 100th goal in Club history:
“I didn’t realize it was our 100th goal, that’s unbelievable. I’ve been here for all of them, so that is pretty cool. That’s a cool number to get to. I am excited about that and honestly pretty proud of that.”

On tonight’s result:
“It sends a bit of a message to us. We’ve had a bit of a sticky patch, we’ve had a few guys out with injuries – and that’s no excuse – but it’s hurt us a little bit. I think we’ve proved today that we can play against anybody – a team that is really in form right now in Oakland – and come out with three points. Sometimes it’s not about how you play, it’s simply about getting those three points and the win. That’s the most important. We’re not trying to make statements; we’re just trying to climb up the league and stay up as high as we can. We’ll see where we end up at the end of the year, hopefully it’s in a playoff spot. I think we’ve moved up a little bit with that win. We’ll see how the rest of the results go this weekend, but it’s good to get three points from that game.”

Forward Tristan Trager
On scoring the 100th goal for MBFC:
“It was a great feeling. I just saw Walmer [Martínez] pick up his head, and I drifted off to that back corner. It’s been a few games since I’ve been injured. It always feels good to score and more importantly, get the win.”

On beating Oakland:
“That was a massive win. Oakland has been playing really well, they just beat Sacramento. We’ve been in a little rough patch, but we just love playing at home. The support was amazing tonight, and they really energized us to push on into that second half and pull out the win. I’m super happy. Hopefully, we can carry this on into the next few weeks.”
