Assistant Athletic Trainer/Strength and Conditioning Coach
The Assistant Athletic Trainer assists the Head Athletic Trainer in managing the day-to-day sports medicine operations as well as helping in creating and implementing long term physical development plans for the Monterey Bay Football Club players, a men’s professional soccer team playing in the USL Championship. This role will require an individual with a movement centered approach to training that encapsulates both the medical role of Athletic Training as well as LTAD in the gym. This role will be required to complete on field athletic/treatment room training coverage at the discretion of the Medical Team. This role reports to the Head Athletic Trainer.
Videographer (Internship)
Monterey Bay F.C. is seeking a proven, driven, and motivated Videography Intern who will join the Union’s Marketing Department. In this role, you will be working as part of a team executing the Club’s video content published across our social, in-stadium, and broadcast platforms.
This unique role will continue developing the digital identity of Monterey Bay F.C. and is a once-in-a-lifetime and career-defining opportunity. The position is based in Seaside, CA.
Community Engagement Coordinator
The Community Engagement Coordinator (CEC) will assist in planning, implementing, and activating community initiatives for Monterey Bay F.C.
We are looking for an outgoing, energetic candidate that will connect with a verity of local and regional community organizations, schools, nonprofits, and service groups. The CEC will also be responsible for developing event schedules, coordinate player appearances, the recruitment / supervision of “Street Team Members” and game day Community Partner recognition, ensuring the street team has a grass roots presence throughout Monterey / Salinas Communities.
