Game Day Operations
Game Day Staff employment. The employment opportunity is for Game Day employment only, please don’t respond if you are looking for more than that.
Game Day employment will be typically two Saturday’s days a month. These positions pay minimum wage, plus the excitement and working knowledge of being behind the scenes at the games of course!
The work is a learning experience of just what it takes in the production of a televised game and running a professional stadium. Some of the job descriptions include pre-game set up of the stadium & parking lots, selling tickets, scanning tickets, assisting fans with premium seating, selling merchandise, half-time show presentations, credential & press check, field services, and overall stadium customer service. We are looking for hard working, energetic, dedicated individuals who can attend at least 90% of the games.

Strength and Conditioning Coach
The Strength and Conditioning Coach assists the Head Athletic Trainer in not only establishing and maintaining a strength and conditioning program but also aids in streamlining rehabilitation and performance for players returning to play from injury. The Strength and Conditioning Coach will primarily work hands-on with athletes in the weight room and outside during on-field activities while devising training plans according to sound scientific principles, supervising training sessions, and collaborating with the Head Athletic Trainer as needed.
The ideal candidate will have some coaching skills and experience, can demonstrate the ability to be extremely adaptable to find solutions to daily performance problems and have the ability to utilize technology and objectivity to drive programming decisions. This role reports to the Head Athletic Trainer.
In-Game Host
As Monterey Bay Football Club’s In-Game Host, your primary responsibility is to use both your soccer and sports knowledge to drive fan engagement and make a positive impact on match days. You will work with the Club to provide an unforgettable experience to all fans, guests, employees, and performers at Cardinale Stadium. This is a paid, on-camera position that will hype up the crowd, facilitate halftime activities on the pitch, and more.
Videographer (Internship)
Monterey Bay F.C. is seeking a proven, driven, and motivated Videography Intern who will join the Union’s Marketing Department. In this role, you will be working as part of a team executing the Club’s video content published across our social, in-stadium, and broadcast platforms.
This unique role will continue developing the digital identity of Monterey Bay F.C. and is a once-in-a-lifetime and career-defining opportunity. The position is based in Seaside, CA.
