Professional Career
2023 Charleston Battery
Trager signed with Eastern Conference side Charleston Battery and scored six goals and one assist in 33 appearances across all competitions to help the side to an Eastern Conference title and an appearance in the 2023 USL Championship Final.
2022 Atlanta United 2
Trager was selected 47th overall in the 2022 MLS SuperDraft by Atlanta United on January 11, 2022, but chose to return for his senior season at Air Force before signing his first professional contract. That day came nearly six months later on June 1, 2022, when he signed with Atlanta United 2. Though he joined United 2 midway through the season, Trager started 17 of his 22 total appearances and recorded an impressive eight goals and two assists.
Collegiate Career
A Geospatial Science graduate of the United States Air Force Academy, Trager recorded 27 goals and 13 assists in 57 matches during his four years with the Falcons. During his collegiate career, Trager earned several honors including two First-Team All-WAC honors, an All-WAC Honorable Mention, and Western Athletic Conference (WAC) Offensive Player of the Year his senior season. Trager finished his career at the Air Force as the all-time leader in goals, assists, and points.
